VACATION OF DOOM
The installation is designed around the notion of escaping the Earth's anthropogenic landscape, by creating an alternative reality.
The departure point for the virtual journey, is in a near future where synthetic environments have become more natural than nature it self. The artificial setting offers a get away from your physical self into a parallel universe.
The project explores the idea of escapism in a post human condition where people exists in multiple forms in real life and in virtual reality. It suggests a surreal fabricated way of going on vacation for the future citizen in our digital society.
